Autronica Academy certificates are valid for two years and must be renewed to stay compliant. This policy explains when and how certified professionals recertify, and what happens if a certificate is allowed to expire.
It applies to everyone who holds an Autronica Academy certificate for the configuration of Autronica solutions.

Certificate validity
A certificate is valid for 24 months from the date you are certified. The last day of that period is your certificate’s expiry date.

Every certificate moves through three stages:
– Valid (months 0–24). Your certificate is active from the date of certification until the expiry date.
– Grace period (up to 6 months after expiry). You can still recertify digitally during this window.
– Expired (after the grace period ends). Digital recertification is no longer available.

Digital recertification via e-learning
You can renew your certificate by completing the digital recertification through Autronica Academy’s e-learning platform.

Complete it before your expiry date, or no later than 6 months after it. We recommend recertifying before the expiry date so that your certificate remains valid without interruption.

Expired certificates
If you do not recertify by the end of the grace period, your certificate expires. To remain compliant, you must then complete the full certification course again.

Changing employers

Recertification is also required when you join a new employer that holds an active agreement covering the configuration of Autronica solutions.

Keeping your access
Meeting these recertification requirements maintains your access level to Autronica solutions.
